Nikos is a licensed attorney at law, actively practicing before all Greek courts. Additionally, he is a licensed mediator and insolvency practitioner.

 

He has particular expertise in corporate real estate law, financial law, insolvency law and litigation.

 

He previously acted for many years as the head legal counsel of a listed REIT. Also, as a senior lawyer with a boutique law firm he led various ad hoc projects representing Greek systemic banks, insolvency administrators of strategic entities, international funds and other corporate and individual clients.

 

Nikos guides investors through the perplexities of the Greek legal and compliance environment having both a solid experience in sectoral regulations e.g. circular economy, energy, electronic payments, real estate/land law and a deep understanding of the legal and strategic needs of doing business in Greece.

 

Nikos has published on legal issues of his interest and lectured on corporate real estate/REIT law in Greece.
